Apple watch commandée dans un état "parfait"... Mais qui ne l'est pas vraiment ! Rayure sur l'écran, peinture écaillée. Ok, c'est vraiment pas grand chose et je chipote. Mais vu ce qui est annoncé, je suis déçue. La montre pour autant semble bien marcher (en tout cas, elle s'allume et se connecte à l'Iphone). Quelle galère pour avoir le code étudiant ! Déjà, la procédure qui "ne dois prendre quelques minutes" m'a pris 2x(+)24h (il m'a fallut renvoyer le document...) pour qu'on me dise à la fin de ma commande que le code n'est utilisable sur l'application... Quel intérêt ??? J'ai par conséquent désinstallé (et sans regret !!!!) l'application dans la minute suivant la réception de la commande. Bref, expérience mitigée alors que mes commandes précédentes s'étaient très bien passées...

Watch came pretty fast, was impressed with the price. However upon receiving the watch it came with a pretty decent size scape on it which is more than visible for the score “good condition”. Additionally the battery health was at 95%, which I found to be a little bit disappointing, but understandable with the age. It was only that my mother’s watch arrived in better condition with 100% battery health with the same score “good condition”, so expected the same results for myself. Finally, when setting up the watch, it took 8 hours to completely start up, including updates and restarting 3 times as it kept crashing when it reached 100%. Whereas my mother’s series 6 took only 30 minutes.

To begin with the watch was sent with wrong strap. I had ordered a red one. I would like my money back, because I did not realise that I would have to recharge the battery daily. What do I have to do to be reimbursed?
