2,2/5Terrible Experience. I Bought a Mac Mini on backmarket. When it arrived the Mac Mini was locked with a password. The language was also in french. Because of the password the computer was useless. When I contacted the seller to ask for the password he told me "There is no password, just press enter". I sent him a picture of the screen showing there definitely was a password. The seller and backmarket ignored me for a week only to tell me again that "there is no password, just press enter". He did not acknowledge the picture (proving there was a password) at all. All I could do was sent the mac back after 2 weeks of waiting. Backmarket tells you they they sell refurbished products, but they don't even turn on their products to check if they can be used. So they probably don't do al the other stuff that comes with a refurbished product. Complete waste of time and resources. The customer service of Backmarket is also terrible. You can only contact them per email. They take forever to respond and when they do, they ignore your questions and just tell you they will contact the seller. I'm not even sure if the person you chat with is a real person and not some A.I. In conclusion: Do ...Mac mini (November 2020) M1 3,2 GHz - SSD 256 GB - 8GBGekocht op 3 december 2023

5/5I’ve found no issue with the item. The only indication that it wasn’t new was the label reading “Apple certified refurbished”. Every aspect is pristine. It’s such an upgrade over my desktop for music production and 3D modelling, and it cost less than I’d expect to shill out on a new GPU alone. 4,8/5Boa gama de entrada para o mundo Apple. Queria este mac mini para edição de imagem e video e tem feito o que tem feito seu trabalho bastante competente . Apenas foi necesario actualizar o mac OS para o mais recente. Ambiente é bastante fluido e fácil de trabalhar. 5/5Délai de livraison respecté. Matériel très correctement emballé et bien protégé La caractéristique "très bon état" respectée et le matériel est comme neuf. Mac mini initialisé et installation au premier démarrage ok Je vais utiliser cet outil pour du développement. Je n'ai pas encore eu l'occasion de l'utiliser intensément. 4,8/5The Mac mini is fantastic, I wouldn’t know it’s a refurb as it’s really fast.
