    I have bought several refurbished devices in recent years as even expensive brand new ones were breaking down when only 2 years old. They have become like white goods - cheaper to replace with refurbed rather than send to the repairers. I am very pleased with the HP Elite laptop from Back Market I've just bought for a mere £159. I was expecting it to have some cosmetic damage but the appearance is immaculate. It does the job and even if it breaks down in a year or so's time I won't be complaining. It arrived next day and was very well packaged.

    Es la primera vez que compro reacondicionados. Ha llegado antes de la fecha estimada, y está muy bien aparentemente, tengo que comprobar que vaya todo bien. Pero contenta con la relación calidad- precio.

    En résumé très content de l'achat et surpris de la bonne qualité! Avis complet après 2 semaines d'utilisation État : achat de l'ordinateur "parfait état" pour 360€. Je n'ai pas vu de griffe, bosse ou tache particuliere. Tres surpris par le bon etat de l'appareil. Certains commentaires disent avoir une sorte d'autocollant pour les touches du clavier. Ce n'est pas mon cas, le clavier est comme l'original et fonctionne tres bien. J'ai eu besoin de telecharger le bon pilote clavier sur internet pour faire fonctionner le bouton de luminosité, mais ce n'est pas un probleme de construction, et cela se regle en chipotant un peu sur le net. Puissance: tres satisfait de la puissance. Je n'ai pas calculer si elle correspondais exactement a la puissance indiqué, mais ouverture des programmes rapide. Ce n'est pas un ordi gaming (pas de carte graphique), cependant je l'ai tester sur des jeux simple et je peux faire tourner league of legends en full qualité sans problemes. Batterie: La batterie n'est pas la plus longue que j'ai vue, elle tient environ 2h. Pas un probleme du reconditionné mais du modele lui meme.     L'ordinateur est très bien reconditionné, il correspond à ce que je m'attendais. A été livré en moins d'une semaine, tout est opérationnel. Quelques points négatifs : certaines touches ne correspondent pas à ce qui est indiqué dessus et une petite rayure sur le dessus mais ce ne sont que de petits détails. Pour le prix c'est plus que satisfaisant.

    Cela fait maintenant 1 mois que j'ai acheté cet ordinateur et j'en suis globalement contente, il est en très bon état physique. eul détail embêtant c'est la batterie qui tient pas très longtemps mais pour du reconditionner c'est très bien

    Très bonne opinion sur ma commande avec une livraison rapide et un ordinateur en très bon état. J'avais très peur du reconditionné car il s'agit d'une première expérience mais je suis agréablement surpris pour l'instant, j'espère que la batterie durera.

    I came across this site by accident and I'm glad I did. I had ordered a reconditioned laptop from another source and was let down 3 times on the delivery. so I decided to cancel and get one from this site. not only was it a more superior laptop but it also arrived the next day. customer is more than happy with his upgrade to what he was getting but thanked me for the prompt service. 5 star service and will definitely be ordering again.
